Continuing up the natural boundary of Griffith Park over to the north city limits;

Along the north city limits to the fence enclosing the Los Angeles River at the Ventura Freeway (134);

South to Hyperion Avenue becoming Fountain Avenue to Sunset Boulevard to Hollywood Boulevard;

West on Hollywood Boulevard to Western Avenue, including Barnsdall Park.
